Every plan includes both, in full. Plans differ in how much you can hold, not in what you can do.

• Creative suite: Whiteboard, Diagram, Beat Board, Slides, Document, Script.
• Production suite: Project Overview, Shot List, Cast and Crew, Gear, Schedule, Callsheets.

• Team member: in your workspace. Opens everything in it, with no invite per project.
• Project collaborator: invited to one project. Works there and nowhere else.
• Document guest: shared a single document. Unlimited on every plan.

They are separate products at separate prices.

Team members come with Team, Pro and Ultra. Project collaborators come with every plan.

Across your whole account, not per project or per workspace.

• A person counts once, however many projects or workspaces you add them to.
• The account owner does not use a slot.
• Your plan's number is the total, spread however you like. It is not that many in each project.

Add-ons raise one limit without changing plan:

• Additional project collaborator, $5 a month per collaborator. All plans.
• Additional team member, $10 a month per member. Team, Pro and Ultra.
• Additional workspace, $20 a month per workspace. Team, Pro and Ultra.
• 100 additional PDF exports, $20 per pack, one time. Free, Solo and Team.

Bought in the app under Settings and Billing, on top of your plan's own limits.
